Fall Creek Skin and Health Clinic is owned and operated by Brett Bagley PAC. Brett Bagley is a native of the Western Wyoming/Southern Idaho area. He graduated from the University of Washington Physician Assistant Program in 1997. He worked in emergency medicine and urgent care, but he was always most interested in dermatology. After staffing a dermatology focused clinic in Idaho Falls for three years, he established Fall Creek Skin and Health Clinic in 2004. In establishing Fall Creek Skin and Health Clinic of Rexburg, Brett has stayed true to his interest in dermatology related treatments and conditions.

While this is a general clinic, Brett does offer many dermatology related services such as mole removal and acne treatments. In offering these services, Brett is helping people at a fraction of the cost a person might incur by visiting a dermatologist. Brett is married with five sons. His interests outside of work and dermatology related medicine are: skiing, boating, motor sports, photography, music, and anything else he can do with his family.

Growing up in Western Wyoming/Southern Idaho area, Brett had been to and through Rexburg many times. Finally when he had the chance, he made Rexburg his home and opened Fall Creek Skin and Health Clinic.

Our vision is to keep current on all aspects of Health Care with an emphasis on general family practice-oriented dermatology. Mr. Bagley attends the Society of Dermatologic Physician Assistants annual conference every year and also must retake the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) board exam every six years.
